1. Shipping zones and carriers
We ship within the European Union to selected markets shown at checkout: Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland, and Slovenia.
We use CTT Express as our primary carrier. We may use alternative carriers selected for reliability and cost-efficiency.
2. Estimated delivery times
- Mainland Portugal & Spain: 1–3 working days
- Madeira & Azores: 7–12 working days
- Other EU countries: 3–10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, address constraints, peak seasons, or force majeure events.
3. Shipping charges and free shipping thresholds
Shipping charges depend on destination and order weight. Final shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Free shipping thresholds:
- Mainland Portugal & Spain: free shipping on orders over €35
- Madeira & Azores: free shipping on orders over €60
- Other EU countries: free shipping on orders over €80
4. Tracking
Once your order is accepted by the carrier, tracking information will be sent to you by email.

6. Taxes and duties
For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. Prices include VAT where applicable and as shown at checkout.
