1. How to request a return

To request a return, please contact us at info@t-nuts.store and include your order number.

2. Return address

Returns should be sent to:

3. Return conditions

Where a return is accepted, the product must be in the same condition as received: unused, sealed, intact, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

4. Food safety

Because we sell food products, we generally cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or unsealed, for health protection and hygiene reasons, unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming.

Returned food items are never resold. All returns are recorded and handled for safe final disposal.

5. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Return shipping costs

  • If the return is made under the 14-day cooling-off right (where applicable), the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
  • In cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by T*NUTS Store.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (where eligible) and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

8. Refunds

If a refund is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of their return (whichever occurs first), unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
